Are these the final prices?
They’re starting prices. Room size, furniture, heavy soiling and access can change a job, so we confirm your exact price before any work begins. No surprise fees.
Can you get every stain out?
Most, but not all. Some old pet stains and dye stains are permanent. We’ll look first and tell you honestly what to expect.
How long does carpet take to dry?
It depends on the carpet, airflow and the weather. Truck-mount extraction leaves less moisture behind than portable machines, and we’ll give you an honest estimate and tips to speed drying for your home.
What is a “room”?
A typical bedroom, living room or dining room. Very large or open-plan spaces may count as more than one room, and we’ll tell you before we start.
What if something gets missed?
If anything we cleaned isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free.
