You set one written agreement with us. Every turnover gets the standing $649-per-unit move-out bundle: a move-out house clean plus whole-house truck-mount carpet. Occupied units can run on a quarterly carpet plan. Everything lands on a single monthly invoice, so there’s one vendor and one bill to manage.
