What information do we collect?
When you ask us for a quote or contact us, we collect the details you share: your name, email address, phone number, service address, city, requested service, preferred date and message. Your request details may include rooms, pets, stains or scheduling needs. Please share only what we need to help with your cleaning request.
Our hosting providers may process basic technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, to operate and protect the site. If we add analytics later, basic site usage data may include pages visited, device or browser type, referral source and interactions with the site. We will update this notice to describe that use.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to respond to you, prepare a quote, arrange and provide cleaning services, keep records of your request and send service-related messages. We also use necessary technical information to keep our website working and secure.
Who may we share it with?
We share information needed to run our business with service providers, such as website hosting and data storage providers and email delivery providers. If payment processing or analytics is added, those providers may receive information needed for that service. Listing those categories here does not mean those services are currently enabled.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our customers, business or legal rights.
What about tracking across websites?
We do not currently use advertising trackers to collect covered information about your activities over time and across different websites. Hosting providers may process technical data to deliver this site. If we later add services that allow third parties to collect covered information across websites, we will describe that practice in this notice.
How can you review or change your information?
Email hello@sequoiacleaners.com to ask to review the information we hold about you or request a correction. Tell us what you would like to review or change. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the request is yours before sharing or changing personal details. Please do not email passwords or sensitive identity documents unless we arrange a secure way to verify your request.
Do not sell my covered information
Sequoia Cleaners does not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Under NRS 603A.345, you may submit a verified request directing us not to sell your covered information, even though we do not sell it.
Send your request to hello@sequoiacleaners.com, our designated request address, with the subject “Nevada do not sell request.” Include your name and the email address used to contact us. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and respond within 60 days. If an extension is reasonably necessary, we may take up to 30 additional days and will notify you of the extension.
How will you hear about changes?
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. For a material change to how we collect or share covered information, we will also post a prominent notice on our website. Please return to this page to see our current practices.
